Refund policy

Returns are free for UK orders.

To initiate a return, log in to your account or contact us at contact@jktslondon.com.

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in their original unworn condition with all tags attached. Returns apply to both full-price and sale items.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your return, back to your original payment method. Please note the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

During busy periods returns may take a little longer — we'll keep you up to date with your returns status.
